Medical emergency supplies dispatching vehicle path optimization based on demand urgency

Abstract In recent years, the frequency of disasters, natural and other emergencies has been increasing worldwide. When an emergency occurs, effective rescue measures must be taken promptly to minimize loss life property. process rescuing casualties, a large amount medical supplies are urgently needed. Therefore, it is great practical significance study vehicle path problem in dispatching. this paper, we take optimization dispatching considering demand urgency as research object, design improved cuckoo-ant colony hybrid algorithm solve model based on analysis, compare with ant cuckoo verify efficiency designed algorithm. The results show that compared scheme without urgency, more expensive requires small increase time, but improves rationality can improve weaknesses current decision-making, so work done quickly, economically, reasonably, provide theoretical basis suggestions for management department when making decisions.
